S&P raises SOGAZ’s rating
Standard & Poor’s raised SOGAZ’s long-term ratings – counterparty credit rating and financial stability rating – from BB to BB+. The Russian rating also improved from ruAA to ruAA+. Rating forecast is Stable.
OJSC SOGAZ Increases Insurance Fees by 35 Percent in Q1 2010, and Doubles Profits
According to the results of Q1 2010, the total insurance fees received by OJSC SOGAZ, the principal member of SOGAZ Insurance Group, were RUB 22.01 billion. It beats the results of the same period of the last year by 35 percent. The total amount of insurance payments also increased by 3 percent and reached RUB 4.08 billion.
SOGAZ Insures Construction of Two Power Units at Rostov NPP for RUB 197 billion
SOGAZ Insurance Group has signed an insurance contract with OJSC Nizhny Novgorod Engineering Company ATOMENERGOPROEKT (OJSC NIAEP), General Contractor for the construction of power units No.3 and No.4 at Rostov NPP (RNPP).
