SOGAZ tallies up its Q1 2012 performance
The total receipts of the SOGAZ Group, without OMS (Compulsory Health Insurance)*, amounted to 35.18 bln roubles in the first quarter of 2012, which is a 35-percent increase compared with the same period of the prior year. The total volume of payouts increased by 10 percent and amounted to 6.8 bln roubles.
SOGAZ Subsidiary in Serbia Named SOGAZ Novi Sad.
The opening ceremony of a SOGAZ subsidiary took place in the Republic of Serbia on April 23. The new company was named after the city where its headquarters are located - SOGAZ Novi Sad. The co-founders of the subsidiary are SOGAZ (51% of capital) and OJSC Serbiagas (49% of capital), leader of Serbian gas industry.
SOGAZ Receives RUB122 Billion in Premiums in 2011
According to preliminary data, the aggregate premiums received by SOGAZ companies in 2011 are RUB121.86 billion - a 22% increase year-on-year. The group also paid indemnities for the amount of RUB86.08 billion, which is a 17% increase.

Fitch confirms SOGAZ’s financial stability rating at BB+, forecast Stable
Fitch Ratings has confirmed the rating of financial stability for OJSC SOGAZ at BB+. The company’s financial stability rating by the national scale has also beenconfirmed at AA(rus). The forecast on both ratings is Stable.
