Yevgeny Grigorievich Derevenskov has been appointed Deputy Chairman of the OJSC SOGAZ Management Board. The Board of Directors of OJSC SOGAZ passed this decision on 14 May 2007.
By the decision of the sole participant in SOGAZ-LIFE Insurance Company Ltd, Mr Derevenskov has also been appointed Director General of SOGAZ-LIFE Insurance Company Ltd., his term of office starting on 14 May 2007. Earlier, Mr Derevenskov headed Neftepolis Insurance Company Ltd, which is part of the SOGAZ Insurance Group.
The SOGAZ Insurance Group comprises the following companies: OJSC SOGAZ, Neftepolis Insurance Company Ltd, OJSC Gazprommedstrakh, SOGAZ-life Insurance Company Ltd, the management company CJSC Leader, and the medical services company Gazprommedservice Ltd. The Group’s regional network includes 350 subdivisions. SOGAZ holds the highest reliability rating (A++) awarded by the Expert PA rating agency.
